Anolon Titanium 12-Inch Open Stir Fry Pan with Helper Handle

Anolon Titanium 12-Inch Open Stir Fry Pan with Helper Handle

A rare feature among hard-anodized cookware, Anolon Titanium is actually dishwasher-safe. However, it offers cooks many advantages long before cleanup time. Constructed of extra-thick aluminum, these heavy pots and pans conduct heat quickly and uniformly (no hot spots) and won't warp. Their handsome, charcoal-gray exterior is harder than steel and resists scratching and denting. Inside, they're coated with DuPont's exceptionally durable Autograph nonstick that readily releases food. Stainless-steel handles have an attractive satin-finish. The handles are rounded for comfort, hollow to stay cool on the stovetop, oven-safe to 500 degrees F, and have hanging holes. This 12-inch stir- fry pan has a helper handle and a rounded bottom that's perfect for cooking Asian-style food.

Unlike conventional hard-anodized pots and pans, this cookware is dishwasher-safe because its titanium-composite exterior is nonporous. Nevertheless, its virtue of being dishwasher-safe is not unlimited. To prevent pots and pans from discoloring in a dishwasher over time--and to prevent voiding the lifetime warranty against defects--the manufacturer's cleaning instructions about water temperature (120 to 140 degrees F) and detergent (mild, with a phosphate content less that 7-1/2 percent) must be strictly observed. As with most cookware, hand washing Anolon Titanium is the better alternative for ideal care. --Fred Brack
Customer Review: Great product!
This is done a great job so far in cooking. Cooks thorough, evenly and has a nonstick surface. Very durable, thick, strong construction. The only problem I had with this was that it is a bit too heavy to handle easily. Especially when washing. But that's what you get for durability and strength.
Customer Review: Not a true non-stick
This pan, does work nicely-yet cleans up horribly. It doesnt have a quick release on the food you are stir-frying or searing. I would have spent the $$ on a nice straight up anodized pan.

Customer Review: Only an option if you don't want to record to DVD
I read through lots of reviews but didn't figure the Elgato TV200 was worth it, even at $280. I got this one for $230 even though there more negative reviews. Good thing Amazon has a return policy.

Here's the scoop.

Very easy to install and set up. After that, things go downhill.

I tried to transfer a movie from Laserdisk, but once it was done, I then edited it with the edit movie function and tried to save it to my hard drive and it said that I didn't have enough space on it even though I have over 100gigs free. So I saved the original to another drive. But once I moved the file, I was unable to edit it, because the program will only let you edit the original, unmoved file. Even though I renamed the file exactly, the program wouldn't let me edit it. Hence the only way to save it to disk was to not edit it. But I bought the thing to edit video.

So instead of recording in mpeg-2, I went with the mpeg-4 format that I know can be edited in iMovie. So it does it, and then it takes 65 minutes (at good quality recording) to import on my 1.5Ghz powerbook. Horrible. Not only that, once I got done editing and burned to disk, the actual image quality is a lot worse than if it was a VCR tape on SLP. What's the point of burning it to disk if it looks like garbage?

So I wouldn't advise buying this product unless you really don't care about editing what you record, or don't care about time constraints and quality of video from editing via iMovie.

For me, I think I'll stick to importing things via firewire from a miniDV camcorder for my laserdisks and just use my trusty VCR for programs off the TV. Good luck.

P.S. One thing I would say was the product support people were very attentive. They didn't solve the problem, but were always quick in returning every email I sent. They're in England though so the turnaround for the U.S. was usually a day.

Customer Review: Great Product!
I only ordered one, and now I wish I had ordered another while it was still $10! But this is still a great deal when you compare it to other products out there. I've made chocolate cakes and cheesecakes in this pan, and it's not disappointed me once. There was a little leakage though when I was making the cakes, so next time I'll be sure to place a baking sheet underneath when working with thin batter. The cheesecakes came out so cute and perfect--they slid out so easily without any greasing. This is also a very sturdy metal pan, which also surpassed my expectations.
Customer Review: i just love it!!!!
i bought 2 for a gift...but then when i opened up the box and i saw then,i used then a few times and i ketp them. i wasn't expencting a great mini cheesecake pan under $20!!!!

PSP Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

PSP Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

It's time to return to Liberty City, the town where all the rules were broken as Grand Theft Auto 3 revolutionized gaming and made the GTA series the biggest franchise on the planet. The PlayStation Portable edition is an all-new game set in the seedy, sprawling underworld of Liberty City. Just when you thought San Andreas was all you needed in your gaming life, Rockstar today announced that it is working on a brand new Grand Theft Auto title for the PSP. As youd expect from the highly secretive Rockstar, little is known about this latest in the GTA series except that it will take place in the streets of Liberty City (from GTA III) and that it is being developed by Rockstar Leeds. What you can be sure of, is that with the power of Sonys sexy new portable behind it, GTA on PSP wont be just a rehash of the 1997 original.
Customer Review: GTA works great on PSP.
GTA:Liberty City Stories is the first GTA aperance on the PSP,Infact it is actually the first 3D GTA on a handheld.
This game is actually better than GTAIII since you get the same city, but motorbikes and clothes changing too.
You play Toni Cipriani, anyone whose beaten GTA3 will remember him as a boss where your guy has to do missions like blowing up fish factories and that Triad war thing, well he`s the guy you play about 3 years before that stuff happened.
You don`t get any planes/helicopters in this game as the PSP can`t handle that stuff-But you can still have portable fun.
You can jack cars, kill people, buy weapons and change clothes.
You get the motorbikes, that were saw in GTA:Vice City.
Remember that this is actually LESS than GTA:San Andreas so its not a killer-ap for the PSP,but if you have a PSP or happen to be getting one then GTA:LCS might be worth a purchase.
Anyways this game is getting ported to PS2,so you needn`t to bother,That game will also be less than San Andreas as its just a port.
There is a new GTA game coming to PSP soon, its called Vice City Stories hopefully that will have a handful of improvements and i hope they add some more places to Vice City(which means its going to be set some time after the one from PS2).
bye.
Customer Review: This game is good!!!!!!
When I first saw this game i'm not sure i should buy it or not but when i bought this game and you know what this game is amazing the graphics is exellent. The good thing about this game is you are free you can do anything you want to, but the bad thing is there is only killing, killing, killing, blood, blood, and blood.

But this game is fun

(but sometimes this game it crazy about sex) you will like this
game 100%

Atek Electronics Super Mini Optical Mouse for Windows and Macintosh

Atek Electronics Super Mini Optical Mouse for Windows and Macintosh

Work more productively on your laptop! Tired of those hard-to-use touch pads or eraser pointers? Atek's Super Mini Optical Mouse takes the frustration out of mobile computing and puts the productivity back in!
Customer Review: Very convenient little mouse
This is a small mouse that fits easily in my laptop bag. I was initially afraid that it would be difficult to move around as i was used to larger traditional mice. However, once I (quickly) got used to it, I found that its even easier and more comfortable to use than large ergonomic mice -- the reason being that you can simply rest your wrist on the table and push this mouse around with your fingers. Your whole hand need not move! Very nice feel to it for me.

The only downside to the atek mouse that i bought was that after a year or so of use, its buttons became less responsive -- sometimes clicks just don't register. Could it be that this small mouse isn't as rugged as I had hoped? I haven't banged this mouse around and always keep it in its soft pouch in my bag, so I'm a little dissappointed that its causing problems now. I'm not sure if others who have been using this mouse for a long time have had this same problem. But despite that, I'd still quite likely that I'd buy this mouse again.

The only feature I miss (from larger mice), is a scrollwheel of some kind. If someone at Atek could stick an Apple Mighty-Mouse style micro-scroller on this mouse, I would marry them, *and* buy the mouse again for sure.

Customer Review: Ba=est Data USB Windows Mac Modem
I bought a best Data USB modem listed as suitable for Mac and WIndows since I use both. The Windows software was not accepted by this OS and when I proceeded anyway the modem would not run. The instructions said to consult the web site for Mac drivers . After going thru the various layers I found the site has NO OS X drivers.

I gave it one star because that is the minimum. To be fair I don't know how it works since I could not make it work.

I bought another USB modem and it installed and runs; so I do know how to install this stuff.

So what you have here is a WIndows Mac device that cannot install on Windows XP or Mac OS 10. Not needing another paperweight, I returned mine.
