We ordered the 18 volt Lawncare Center with some trepidation. WE've had good luck with the bigger Black & Decker cordless gear, like the mulching mower but - even with a relatively small yard, the smaller stuff didn't ast long...but...we took a shot. What a treat. The battery station and tool hangers go right up, very neat,thank you and on the wall and out of the way. Amazingly convenient...as is having three batteries on hand at any time. Sring Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer and Broom all more than enough power. ergonomically on target and get the job done...and at a bargain price. The CCC3000 now joins our Black and Decker 24 Volt lawnmower as an indispensible part of yard care.
They pack a good punch with a fully charged battery, and since there are 3 batteries, I haven't had to worry about running out of charge. The blower is strong enough for driveway sweeping, but I don't see it being very effective for whole yeard cleaning. The string trimmer is the main reason I bought this, and it hasn't let me down. The automatic feeder is great, no moure bouncing and prying to get the line fed correctly. And it has cut through everything I've put in front of it.
